Branded materials or printed publications may be available for purchase.

3. Fees and Payment

Payment is due in advance of service delivery or product shipment. Zephyra accepts major credit cards and other methods as indicated on the website.

4. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure satisfaction with our offerings. Refund requests are handled as follows:

Professional Services: Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing within 14 days of service commencement. Partial refunds may apply once work has begun. If a deliverable has been fully provided, no refund will be issued. Clients may request a one-time deferral of scheduled services to a later date, subject to availability, if notified at least 7 days in advance.
Digital Information Products: Refunds are available within 7 days of download or access date, provided that no significant portion of the content has been accessed. To request a refund, submit a written request to our Contact Form.
Physical Goods: Returned goods must be received within 30 days of delivery. Items should be in original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the purchaser unless the item is faulty. Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of goods.

5. Cancellations and Modifications

Clients may cancel or reschedule professional services by providing written notice at least 7 days prior to the scheduled start date. A rescheduling request may be granted once at no additional cost. Digital products and goods may not be canceled once access has been granted or shipment initiated.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and data on this site are the property of Zephyra and are protected by applicable laws. No portion of this material may be reproduced without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zephyra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
